Holistic Personal Training

One training session at Studio Gaia will offer cardio conditioning, strength training, core work, balance challenges and slow deep stretching. And it will be fun! If you have never worked out and need a high level of instruction and guidance to develop a safe program, we can help. If you work out regularly but don’t seem to be making the progress you’d like, we can evaluate your workout strategy and help you ramp it up. If you are in great shape but bored with your current activities and want to add more variety—we can help!

Working with stability balls, medicine balls, free weights, weight machines and your own body weight, you will improve your strength and flexibility; tweak your metabolism to boost weight loss and improve your immune system and reduce stress.

The studio itself is a beautiful, friendly and private environment. Professional amenities in a cozy and comfortable space.
