Certified Yoga Teacher
Judith began her yoga practice in 2004 as a way to cope with stress and immediately knew this was a practice she would continue for the rest of her life. “My yoga practice helped me grow stronger, more flexible and less reactive to situations beyond my control, both on and off the mat.”
She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training certification in 2012 and began teaching Hot Yoga. She loves and teaches all kinds of yoga. Her focus is clear instruction with an emphasis on alignment. Judith strives to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeing refreshed, nourished and balanced.
