Lynn was a runner and tried yoga as part of her cross training. She immediately fell in love with the calming effect it had and wanted to learn everything about it. With the support of her husband and two daughters, she completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2012. She learned there are soooo many layers to yoga….it’s not just about flexibility. Lynn is excited to start her journey as a yoga instructor and share all its benefits. In her spare time, she likes to read (about yoga of course), dance (love Nia!), watch movies and spend time with family and friends.
Lynn’s classes are open level and offer a flow of movement through poses, with healthy alignment, and proper breathing to calm your mind and body. You’ll leave feeling grounded and very relaxed.
