Sherie O’Brien is committed to helping others achieve health of mind, body, and spirit. A lifelong advocate of achieving happiness and fitness through proper nutrition combined with gentle stretching and low impact resistance training, she was initially drawn to Water Yoga and Water Aerobics by a lower back injury. Her personal experience with the dramatic improvement in her overall well being impelled her to help other through instruction and encouragement. The joy she found in this calling led her to further study and her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training completion.
